Fundwell Named to 2026 PEOPLE Companies that Care List
PEOPLE magazine and Great Place To Work have honored Fundwell as one of the 2026 PEOPLE® Companies that Care. This is Fundwell's first time being named to this prestigious list, coming in at No. 57 this year. Earning a spot means that Fundwell has surpassed rigorous benchmarks, establishing itself as one of the best companies to work for in the country.
The PEOPLE Companies that Care list is based on over 1.3 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing the experience of more than 7.3 million employees in the U.S. Of those surveys, nearly 970,000 responses came from employees at companies eligible for this year's list, and these rankings are based on that feedback.
Fundwell's recognition reflects a year of intentional investment in its people and the communities it serves. The company continued expanding employee well-being programs, including fully covered therapy, wellness support, mentorship, training, and professional development, while deepening its partnership with Toys for Hospitalized Children. Fundwell team members have volunteered in hospitals, supported toy drives, and contributed to The Happy Shop, a pro bono digital experience being built to help hospitalized children choose toys delivered directly to their rooms.

"We're honored to be named to the PEOPLE Companies that Care list because it recognizes a standard we have built into Fundwell from the beginning," said Sruli Anatian, Founder and CEO of Fundwell. "Caring for our people, our customers, and the communities around us is not separate from how we operate. It is part of how we lead, how we make decisions, and how we measure the company we are building. From our partnership with Toys for Hospitalized Children and the development of The Happy Shop to the way we invest in our employees' well-being and growth, this recognition reflects the culture our team has created and the responsibility we carry every day."
The Companies that Care list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to care for employees, families, and the communities where they operate.
"Employees are under immense pressure, and the best workplaces are finding ways to support them in the ways they need," says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. "When employees feel that sense of care, they do incredible things, delivering the crucial results that grow businesses and build new markets."
"We're proud to celebrate companies that lead with purpose by supporting their employees, strengthening their communities, and driving positive change. Their commitment to positive impact reflects PEOPLE's longstanding mission to celebrate stories of inspiring people whose actions create lasting impact," said Charlotte Triggs, PEOPLE Editor in Chief.
This recognition follows Fundwell earning Great Place To Work Certification, where 97 percent of employees said Fundwell is a great place to work, compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S. company. This marks Fundwell's first appearance on a national Best Workplaces list.
